I just read an article about this man who was arrested on 10 counts of animal abuse being released on his own recognizance. This man was found with 50 dogs who were neglected and abused. Some were in filthy dog pens, a mother and her pups were found in dog crates with other dogs without food or water. Another was locked in the cab of this guy’s truck sitting on urine soaked seats.
The dogs in the dog pens and dog crates were undernourished and sick … some with parvo. How anyone can treat defenseless animals in this way is beyond me. The article said there would be a trial, but it bugs me that he is being let out of his “cage” when that’s such a fitting place for him. Oh well, at least there’s a chance of some justice with a trial forthcoming.
