The family has been gone for two weeks at the beach. No blog entries were made during this time as the “routine” was abandoned for long walks and playing in the surf. The place we stayed didn’t allow pets so Sugar and Pepper couldn’t get loaded up in their respective dog crates, cat carriers and pet beds for the drive. We really missed them.
There were several dogs running on the beach with their owners. Some well behaved and some not. There were several who spent their time in dog pens, but their view was beautiful. As we walked on the beach we saw one place that had cool cat beds for sale that were like a veranda in an open window. No pet strollers were about which I thought was unusual, but the beach is a different atmosphere.
I guess now it’s time to get back to reality. Till next time …
