Did you know that there are companies who encourage their employees to bring their pets to work with them? How sweet would that be! I can imagine loading cats into their cat carriers and putting the dogs in their travel dog crates each day and heading in to the office.
A survey was done with dog owners a few years ago about how they would change their work habits if their dogs were allowed at work … 66% said they would work longer hours, 49% said they would change jobs to a company that allowed this, 32% said they would take a 5% cut in pay and 11% said they would take a 10% cut in pay. You’d think more companies would be doing this with those kinds of statistics.
Maybe once at work, and the dogs are let out of their dog crates, and the cats out of their cat carriers, bedlum ensues. After all, not all pets play well with others!
