This must be the week for unrestrained pets so I thought I’d do another blog entry on it. Today it’s about dogs in the back of pick-up trucks. I see them everywhere being tossed from one side to the other.
I know dogs love to ride in the back of the truck, but please put them in dog crates. If you don’t have dog crates that are portable, then put them in dog carriers. If you don’t have portable dog crates or dog carriers, then at least cross tie them so they don’t fall. Please don’t let them ride unrestrained and risk the chance of injury or even worse, being thrown over the side.
